Due to the nature of luxury hair extensions, all sales are final.
E&E Luxe Hair does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REVIEW
If you receive the wrong item or believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To qualify for review:
• Hair must remain unused
• Bundles must remain untied
• Original packaging must remain intact
• No alterations, coloring, bleaching, cutting, or installation
Any hair that has been used, brushed, worn, washed, altered, or tampered with will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
